The Double Vision Society was established to support and promote the Harvey & Bernice Jones Eye Institute’s mission to provide, teach, to discover promote and inspire patient first, cost effective eye care.
The Double Vision Society contributions provide immediate discretionary funds for the Director of the Harvey and Bernice Jones Eye Institute to use where funds are needed most or where we otherwise may not have sufficient resources.
The important work of the Jones Eye Institute is strengthened by your membership – and you help to strengthen Arkansas and its economy when you help our institution. More importantly, you help patients and their families, and you make a difference in the lives of others.
To give just a few examples of how your support of the Jones Eye Institute helps others:
- We are a dedicated team of researchers and scientists who are searching and finding better treatments for eye diseases and low vision problems, and we are able to provide our patients with those treatments in our clinics – while sharing our knowledge with other health care providers.
- We are the only education institution in Arkansas to educate and train eye doctors and technicians.
- We search for and recruit the highest quality physicians and educators to ensure that we provide excellent patient care, medical education and research.
